Residential Landscape Design and Build

Most of the residential work we do starts the same way: somebody has a yard that functions but does not get used. The fix is rarely more plants. It is usually deciding what the space is actually for, then handling grading, drainage and circulation before a single shrub goes in.

We design and build complete outdoor spaces, which on a coastal property means planning around sandy soil that drains fast, a water table that can sit high in the low spots, and salt wind if you are close enough to the sound. Then we plant it with material grown on our own 42 acres, so it is already suited to this climate zone.
