Maintenance

Night view of landscaped garden with trees, shrubs, and lighting at Grants Creek Nursery.

lawn maintenance services

A landscape is not finished the day the last plant goes in the ground. The first 6 to 24 months decide whether an installation becomes what it was designed to be or slowly turns into something you are disappointed by, and that stretch is almost entirely about maintenance.

We offer yearly maintenance contracts to residential clients for exactly that reason, and we service commercial properties as well: HOAs, office parks, retail locations, apartment complexes, government and corporate campuses. The crews doing the maintenance are the same company that grows the plants, so when something is struggling we know what it is and what it needs.

Residential Contracts

Mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, fertilization and weed prevention on a set schedule, with the same crew each visit so somebody actually notices when a plant starts to decline.
