Built to a Spec, Maintained to a Standard

Apartment communities, hotels, office parks, retail centers, HOA common areas and military installation work across Onslow, Carteret and Craven counties. We work from plans and we work from problems, whether that is a builder package on a schedule or a property that has been let go and needs bringing back.

Our scope covers plant and sod installation, irrigation systems and repair, hardscape and retaining walls, landscape lighting, drainage, erosion control and ongoing property maintenance.

Grants Creek Nursery is one of this area’s established contractors for commercial and government landscape projects. We handle commercial property maintenance, home builder landscape packages, and design and build government installation contracts, and we hold all proper state licenses, insurance and bonding.

Being the grower matters more on a commercial job than on a residential one. When a spec calls for 340 shrubs of one variety at a consistent size, we can pull them from our own fields rather than assembling them from three suppliers and hoping the caliper matches. It also means we can hold material for a phased schedule instead of forcing delivery on a date that does not suit the site.
